avocado smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup milk (vegetal milk or water)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 tbs sugar (honey, coconut sugar, or your preferred sweetener )

Directions:

Use a blender to mix all the ingredients with some ice.

Note:

You can use less liquids and have it like a cream with some granola on the top.
