You can cook!
Food has a big influence on our lives and I’m going to the kitchen to form autonomous, confident and proficient cooks through weekly hands-on sessions with delicious but doable recipes.
Cooking our food is a great choice, as well as being more conscious about what we are eating.
Through our hands-on classes you will learn how to prepare your own food and other aspects of it such as reading a recipe, ingredient selection, kitchen safety, basics of food nutrition and food labeling.
Cooking sessions
Hands-on sessions with delicious but doable recipes.
Cooking from scratch, snacks to complete meals, including some recipes like:
- Smoothies and juices
- Dishes with meat, fish, chicken, legumes, veggies, rice and more
- Cakes and desserts
Sessions are 2 hours long, with small groups taking place in my kitchen, in Concord – CA.
All ingredients and utensils are provided.
Come to fry, to bake, peel, chop, pilot the stove, try different foods and to have fun, because yes, you can cook!

TIMES AND DAYS
Weekly sessions 2 hours
Kids (Fridays) and Young and adults (Saturdays – morning)
Per session = $75
4 sessions package = $255
>>Saturdays 10-12pm
>> Summer Cooking – from June 7 to 14 – 2-5pm
Private experiences –
2 hours Group session up to 4 people = $300
Recipe options:
– Escondidinho (Brazilian Shepherd’s pie)
– Chocolate bonbons and truffles
– Cod Fish Tacos
- One recipe per session.
- Sessions will be coordinated on a mutually agreed time, subject to availability.
- Sessions take place in the instructor’s kitchen, all ingredients and utensils provided.
