You can roast literally any veggie, I’ll make a list for you, but let you imagination guide you through this easy and delicious recipe:
Ingredients:
- cauliflower
- broccoli
- zuchhinni
- egg plant
- potatoes and sweet potatoes
- cabbage
- green beans
- brussels sprout
- carrots
- paprika
- salt
- olive oil
- oregano
- black pepper
Procedure:
- pre heat the oven into 410ºF
- chop the veggies the way you prefer. you can keep the peel.
- for the potatoes, they taste better if you boil them for 5 minutes before bake.
- then spread the olive, salt, paprika, oregano, black pepper, until the veggies are even
- layer them into a tray covered with parchment paper and bake them for 40-50 min, until brown
