Roasted veggies

They are juicy, a little smoked flavour, they are warm and cozy to your hungry, and the most important, very healthy.

You can roast literally any veggie, I’ll make a list for you, but let you imagination guide you through this easy and delicious recipe:

Ingredients:

  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • zuchhinni
  • egg plant
  • potatoes and sweet potatoes
  • cabbage
  • green beans
  • brussels sprout
  • carrots
  • paprika
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • black pepper

Procedure:

  • pre heat the oven into 410ºF
  • chop the veggies the way you prefer. you can keep the peel.
  • for the potatoes, they taste better if you boil them for 5 minutes before bake.
  • then spread the olive, salt, paprika, oregano, black pepper, until the veggies are even
  • layer them into a tray covered with parchment paper and bake them for 40-50 min, until brown
