Green Rice Bites
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ onion
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Procedure:
mix all the ingredients using a blender
scoop making quenelles or balls
fry for 2 min (356ºF – 180ºC)
dump the bites onto a plate with a paper towel
Cheese Rice Bites
- 1 + ½ cup cooked rice
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded or diced
- 1 cup parmesan
- ½ cup flour
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 5 slices of salami or 3 slices of ham
- nutmeg
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cilantro
- 1 tsp green onion
- lime zest
Procedure:
mix all the ingredients
