In this special class kids will go to the kitchen to work with chocolate, creating chocolate eggs and bonbons.
We will learn how to temper the chocolate, let it cool down and mold into egg format.
Working with chocolate is fun but also requires focus and precise technique to reach good results, that bright delicious and crunchy chocolate when you bite into it.
I can’t wait to meet you in the kitchen and create sweet treats for this easter .
